Booking & Pricing
We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance, especially during peak season (May-September). However, we do accommodate last-minute bookings based on availability. The earlier you book, the better selection you'll have!
We accept cash, all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Venmo, Zelle, and CashApp. A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event.
We offer a full refund for cancellations made 7+ days before the event. Cancellations within 7 days receive a 50% refund or full credit toward a future rental. Weather-related cancellations receive a full refund or reschedule at no extra charge.
Delivery is free within 25 miles of our location. A travel fee may apply for longer distances. Sales tax is added at checkout. There are no hidden fees - the price you see is the price you pay (plus tax).

We proudly serve New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Connecticut. Our primary service area includes Bergen County, Passaic County, Hudson County, Essex County, and surrounding areas. Contact us to confirm service to your specific location.
Yes! Professional delivery, setup, and takedown are included with every rental. Our experienced team will arrive at the agreed-upon time, set everything up safely, and return to take it down when your event is over.
Most bounce houses require an area slightly larger than their footprint - typically 18' x 18' for a standard bounce house. You'll also need access to a power outlet within 100 feet. We'll confirm specific requirements when you book.
Yes! While grass is preferred, we can set up on concrete, asphalt, or other hard surfaces using sandbags and weights instead of stakes. Please let us know your surface type when booking so we can prepare accordingly.
Safety
Absolutely! Safety is our top priority. All our inflatables are commercial-grade, regularly inspected, and cleaned after every use. We follow all manufacturer guidelines for setup and operation. We are fully licensed and insured.
We set up the equipment and provide safety instructions, but an adult from your party must supervise children while using the inflatables at all times. We'll provide clear safety rules and guidelines at setup.
Light rain is generally okay for bounce houses (we'll turn off the blower if lightning occurs). For heavy rain or severe weather, we'll work with you to reschedule at no additional cost. Safety always comes first!

Standard rentals are for 6 hours. Full-day and overnight rentals are available at additional rates. Tables, chairs, and tents are rented for the full day. Contact us for custom rental durations.
